Responsible Conference Executive (RCE) Training Standards Based Grading Scale

You will be graded on the four skills and their mastery as shown below in the "Skills" column. Your instructor will assign you a point value based on your mastery level of each skill. The point values are 1 - 4, with 4 being the highest point value possible.
