Employee Self Service Portal

What is this used for?

After you have been paid once you may register to use The Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) ESS allows you to:

View Paystubs
View W2 Documents (tax documents)
View Medial/Annual Leave Balances
Submit name and/or Address changes to HR/Payroll offices

Have you moved or changed your phone number recently?

Any changes to this information can effect you recieving your paycheck and/or tax doucments. It is best you update this information throught the ESS portal. Using this method is the quickest way to have this information updated through all state systems. Another option is a paper form which can be obtained in HR but will take processing time before these changes are active.
