Welcome to the third grade. My name is Mrs. Hankins and I have lots to share and learn with you this year. I have been a teacher for 20 years. I am married and have four children of my own. I have 2 dogs named Lulu and Lily and 1 cat named Serafina. My first name is Danielle and I was forn on Feb. 25th.
There are a lot of teachers in my family. My father and grandfather were both teachers who later became principals. I also have many cousins that are teachers right now and a sister who is a paraprofessional.
I love to garden and read in my free time. I grow my own flowers, fruits and vegetables in my garden. My favorite book series right now is a fantasy series with characters who have magical powers. I have read all 5 books in this series. I am waiting for the release of the last book this fall.
