Leadership Assessment

Leadership Assessment will reveal leadership strengths and improvement areas with potential solutions; learn how employees perceive you and how you can flex your communication to connect better. The leader will receive an individual report with their communication style, how others view their communication style, strengths, motivators, and things that reduce their motivation. The report will also address their decision-making style, how others view their decision-making style, how they achieve their goals, how they lead people, how they motivate people, how they develop people, how they help employees achieve their goals, and ways to improve their success. They will develop a personal action plan.

Team Assessment

Highly useful in identifying a team's preferred way of doing things, natural strengths, and areas of development. In addition, the leader will receive an assessment designed to show the dynamics of the team as a whole and supporting information on how teams can work more effectively. Team Development Report – Great for use with intact, dysfunctional teams. Identifies the behavioral styles of the team and its members. Includes an action plan to address the team development areas and strengthen team dynamics.

Customer Service Assessment

The participant will receive an individual report with their communication style, how others view their communication style, strengths, motivators, and things that reduce their motivation. Their assessment will include customized information on their customer service style, how team member perceive their style, and how to improve their customer service success. Includes a personal action plan.

Work Pair Assessment

Use for development of a current working pair or as supportive information for making decisions on work pairing. Understand compatibility of work pairs, new hire and manager, or potential hires and manager. Each individual will receive a customized report that includes how they may view each other’s communication style, their strengths, understanding their styles as a pair, what motivates each person in the work pair, and development areas for each person.

Conflict Resolution Assessment

Use for pairs needing conflict resolution development. Assists two people in improving their interactions; clearly identify ways to better understand each other’s unique styles, contributions, and differences. Each individual will receive a customized report that includes how they may view each other’s communication style, their strengths, understanding their styles as a pair, and what motivates each person and development areas for each person. Individuals will create a behavioral action plan.
