This page is for women who are in leadership positions or being promoted to a leadership role. I felt it was important
to focus on Women in Leadership because we have so many barriers and obstacles when it comes to being a woman leader. I
would like for this page to be a source of information in training for women and I hope this information helps you as you
grow and develop your career as a woman.
In week one we will discuss the difference between managing and leading and how women are preceived in the workplace.
Before you attend the session you will complete an assessment and some required reading.
In Week One We Will:
Start first with an assessment to gauge our leaderships skills.
Use the results of the assessment to help build a development plan for areas needed for improving these skills.
Leave with work to be complete before attending next week session.
